Class of 1960 – Time to commit!

Remember that day in 1960 that we all looked wistful at each other and wondered where we would be in 5 years – or even 50 years?  This is the chance to find out!  To do so, we need your help in telling us whether you are coming to our 50th Class Reunion. Reservations are now being taken – get going to get the best seat!

We also need to know what you and your guest (if any) would like to eat.  Cocktails are on your own.  The menu is below.  DonÕt worry; this will be easier than picking out your class ring.

Our reunion will be at the Orchard Restaurant, located south of Baldwin and about a quarter mile north of I 94, on Saturday, August 7th.  Plan to arrive at 5:30 pm for cocktails with dinner following at 6:30 pm.  No need to dress up É although you are welcome to try and outdo Orin.

We are also assembling a slide show and still need more Ò50 year oldÓ pictures of you and our classmates.  We also want recent pictures of the ÒtodayÓ you and your family to include in the slide show.  Be part of the program and send your pictures to Bill (address below). LetÕs look into the Òlooking glassÓ together as Roger and Ross are doing (yes – that is a mirror they are looking into).

Before taking that first bite of food, we will need your meal choice and a check for $22.00 per person prior to July 16th. .

Each selection includes rolls and butter, a tossed Caesar salad, potato, vegetable accompaniment and beverage.  Please send Bill Klanderman the enclosed form with your menu selection AND a check for $22.00 per person.  If you have a special dietary need, please let Bill know and we will communicate with the Orchard to be sure your need is addressed.

We also discovered recently that a Ò50ÕsÓ and Ò60ÕsÓ band – the TC Cats will be entertaining in the banquet room at the Orchard that evening.  There is NO COVER for the entertainment and dancing.

The Orchard has suggested these three great menu choices.

Almond Crusted Walleye

Bread crumbs, almonds, pan seared and baked with butter sauce.

Prime Rib

10 oz roasted prime rib of beef au jus.

Champagne Chicken

Pan seared chicken breast finished with a light champagne cream sauce
